Fellowes PS77CS Shredder comes with Fellowes SafeSense Technology
which stops the shredder when it is touched or when a hand gets
too close to the paper entry slot. This is due to smart sensors
being located around the paper entry throat, which helps prevent
nasty accidents from happening. The front feed mechanism is also
ergonomically designed so it's easier to shred.
This crosscut Fellowes shredder shreds paper into 3.9x38mm confetti
like pieces up to 12 sheets at a time. A special sheet capacity
gauge also prevents paper jams. It comes with user-friendly indicators
for thermal overload, jamming and safe sense deactivation, which
all dramatically increase the ease of use. Its large capacity
pull-out bin and clear window allows user to see when the bin
is full and then empty with ease. It also has an extended running
time which permits longer shredding, and increased efficiency.
Please note that this shredder has replaced the Fellowes PS80C-2.
