you want a standard paper shredder with a little bit of class,
style and flair, the Ideal 2260 shredder series has the machine
for you. There are two compact paper shredders in the Ideal 2260
series. Both have the same look and sleek design.
Constructed in durable wooden cabinets, the shredders of the
Ideal 2260 shredder series feature large view windows made with
impact-resistant plastic. The view windows allow you to see if
the shredder needs emptied without having to remove the storage
container.
There are two levels of security available in the 2260 series.
The Ideal 2260 (4mm) offers a level 2 security and shreds paper
by cutting it into strips, up to 12 sheets at a time. The Ideal
2260 (3 x 25mm) shreds paper in two directions with a cross-cutting
action. This offers a higher level of security (level 3). While
the latter offers more security, it does require a little more
oil and cleaning than the 4mm model, which is common as with all
crosscut shredders.
